  • 3-4 Ripe mango
  • 1 cup SUNLEE Coconut milk
  • 1 cup SUNLEE Glutinous rice
  • 4 Tbsp SUNLEE mungbean
  • 1/2 - 1 Tsp salt
  • 2-3 Tbsp sugar

COOKING STEPS

The Traditional Method (Steamer)

  • Soak SUNLEE Glutinous rice in water for at least 1 hour (for the best resault soak overnight).
  • In the steamer cover the steam section with cheese cloth or muslin cloth.
  • Pour the glutinous rice on the cheesecloth, cover with the lid and cook at medium to high heat 15-20 minutes until cooked.
  • When it cooked, it will become translucent.

The Microwave Method

  • Soak SUNLEE Glutinous rice for 20 minutes in warm water
  • Cover the bowl and cook in microwave 900w for 3 minutes.
  • Stir it around from the top to the bottom.
  • Heat it up again for another 3 minutes.
  • Check rice. If it is not completely cooked, give it a good and cook for another 3 minutes.

  • Soak SUNLEE Glutinous rice for 20 minutes in warm water
  • Cover the bowl and cook in microwave 900w for 3 minutes.
  • Stir it around from the top to the bottom.
  • Heat it up again for another 3 minutes.
  • Check rice. If it is not completely cooked, give it a good and cook for another 3 minutes.

Combined together

  • In a pot heat SUNLEE Coconut milk over medium heat.
  • Stir constantly and let it simmer.
  • Add sugar and salt and stir to dissolve.
  • Remove from heat. Pour 3/4 of hot coconut milk over the hot glutinous rice and mix well.
  • Let it sit for 5 minutes. The glutinous rice will absorb the coconut milk.
  • When well mixed, the rice should be a little mushy.
  • The rest of coconut milk can be used to drizzle on top as a topping.

Combined together

  • In a pot heat SUNLEE Coconut milk over medium heat.
  • Stir constantly and let it simmer.
  • Add sugar and salt and stir to dissolve.
  • Remove from heat. Pour 3/4 of hot coconut milk over the hot glutinous rice and mix well.
  • Let it sit for 5 minutes. The glutinous rice will absorb the coconut milk.
  • When well mixed, the rice should be a little mushy.
  • The rest of coconut milk can be used to drizzle on top as a topping.

Mungbeans

  • Put the mung beans in the pan (without oil) in a pan and dry-fry them at low heat for a few minutes.
  • Stir until turn golden and crispy.

*Serve sliced mango with glutinous rice at the side.

Drizzle coconut cream topping and sprinkle with mung beans.
